We visit Victoria about twice a year and always make it a point to eat at Samtiagos. It always is a highlight. Friendly and attentive service coupled with fresh and locally sourced ingredients make this a can't miss place. It is on a side street and doesn't have much curb appeal, but don't be put off. We had spent a full day walking around Victoria (day trip from Seattle) and were already pretty tired when we found out our ferry return to Seattle would be delayed due to rough seas. Too tired to hoof it back into downtown, we stumbled upon this spot for a quick dinner to regain some energy before our long night ahead.
