My burrito was absolutely stacked with everything I ordered and looked majestic when cut transversely to see it's stuffing! Ordered online and was charged, came to pick up in store and order didn't exist in the system. Was told to reorder my items and then was charged even more in store for the same order. I asked the manager to try and fix this since I had already been charged and they now requested an additional increased payment and was told that there is nothing they can do in store to help me.
