"We all ate from the well priced and generous menu. The starters of foie gras, tartare of tuna and grey shrimp rissoles were all delicious. Main courses of rare tuna steaks, aiguillettes de canard and tornados steak with foie gras were each perfect. A nice touch was the cornet de frites served in a little stand with the steak. The locally produced ewe's milk ice cream came in a large variety of flavours including violette and marbré de pèche, all finished down to the last spoonful. Lovely and attentive service and delicious local wines including a very good Vermentino."

"Excellent! In my view, the double star would deserve a third star in Michelin. Incredible flavors, a perfect mastery of the cuisine of the pigeon so tender and tasty, as surprising as effective associations, such as this succulent oyster with tartare beef... Bravo M. Putelat!"
