I liked the dish so much that I made a picture of the menu, and at home I tried to cook this wonderful suppe on my own. now this suppe has been removed from the menu, that is a pity! during this visit we had a hearty dinner and ordered even to go bread and pizza. of course, villa is no longer the same... or rather not the same cook! disturbances have become easier. in the pasta, the sweet was crispy, turned out to be moist. in general I will not paint the contrasts of the individual dishes, but the chef has changed definitiw because it was earlier tastier! only the inner beauty of this wonderful restaurant remains unchanged.
