When the weather is nice you can also have something outside.

The extensive range of coffee and tea specialties makes a visit to Felsenegg even more worthwhile, In addition, guests of the establishment can eat scrumptious fondue, Zürich-style sliced meat, or even try a few crunchy Rösti and dive into the Swiss cuisine. You can also relax at the bar after the meal (or during it) and enjoy a alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, there are also fine vegetarian meals in the menu.

the server was friendly and knew a lot of British history. the food was great, though a bit expensive, but it was good to visit the man who served us.

The Felsenegg Panorama Restaurant offers possibly the best views of Zürich which are best enjoyed after the upwards hike. Best to try their Austrian specialties...

"Me and my boyfriend visited Marktküche and believe this was the best (vegan dinner we have ever had. The whole experience was outstanding from beginning to the end. The food was extraordinarily tasty and we experienced surprising tastes and sensations in every course. Our whole experience started with the herb butter, which my boyfriend doubted to be vegan (this is how good it was! . We ordered the 6-course menu and believe this was perfect in terms of quantity and experience. We wouldn't go for less courses because the experience is simply too amazing and each additional dish made us incrementally happy. We also had the wine pairing which was perfectly matched to our dishes. Because we are both vegan, it was especially nice to experience a surprise tasting that usually lives from slow-cooked high-quality meat and fish creations. In my opinion, this was even better than any surprise tasting I had before I turned vegan. On a side note, the restaurant is located at the corner of a street and life was busy around us (bikes, people walking , yet, not loud or annoying to the experience. In fact, we especially loved this location and coziness/ relaxed atmosphere it brought us. Similarly, the whole team was extremely friendly and open for a chat. We really enjoyed this uncomplicated, homely atmosphere of such a fancy place, while still following the restaurant etiquette but adjusting to the guests needs. This is a really unique place. This is for all foodies, regardless of their diet!! We will definitely come back when we visit Zurich the next time."
