"This place has very nice atmosphere and friendly waiters. In the evening there are many people, so it is better to make a reservation. There are not many vegan options available. I tried the soup and it wasn't something special in any way, but it was tasty, so it could have been worse. It is a good place if you want to go with your non-veg family/friends because you will have all some options, but I would not go there alone due to the lack of choice"

"Yes, I mean it! One cannot make a reservation there but we were lucky to wait for just a couple of minutes. Their interiour is very nice really sort of a Medieval tavern. A fireplace (more an attraction than real), dried onions and herbs hanging from it, barrels serving as some tables, huge wooden chairs, clay dishes, bowls and cups, a nice menu, old style drawings of XVIth century Vyborg, mild folk music. Service was hospitable, friendly and swift. Though the place was full it took us slightly more than an hour to finish our lunch and a girl even fetched chicken soup to our very hungry 5 year old grandson virtually in five minutes. Bravo! We ordered meat salad seasoned with pink pepper, kind of local beef fricassee, baked pike perch, buckwheat porridge and fricadelles on a skewer. Everything was excellent (fricadelles just good)! The bill equalled RUR 1,850 (ca. USD 24) for us three including a boy. Very customer friendly!!! Recommended! There's one minus though neither wi fi no mobile phone connection inside. So if you wanna use your gadgets be ready to go out."

"I 'd even claim that the place is not worse than famous Taverna round the corner. We made no reservation, no one met us at the entrance so we went further on and chose a table on our own. The staff was indifferent at first but then everything went smoothly they brought us a menu, had a friendly chat concerning their food, made recommendations, took our order and dishes started to appear quite quickly. Since they boast serving a real Swedish food I took toast Skagen and grytta (yes, this way with two t 's) while my wife chose salads one with tongue plus Shopska (tomatos, cucumbers, onion, roasted peppers, bryndza cheese and parsley). There was also green tea and a small bottle of fizzy mineral water. My dishes were really Swedish , i.e. à la suédois, just resembling originals. I know what I 'm talking about we lived in Sweden for many years. It does not mean though that they were bad. They billed us for RUR 1,850 (ca. USD 25) for two. Great price! It 's very nice inside, sort of an old cavern. There are a couple of tables outside as well. Worth visiting at least once."

"Bottom line: based on previous reviews, I can say that this cafe deserves 4 stars, which is what is listed in my review. This is a delicious cafe and a clean cafe bearing the Hesburger name. It deserves it. However, there may be some miscalculations. I am very pleased that the management pays attention to criticism and corrects the shortcomings. If this trend continues, this cafe will be a success. Today I visited this cafe again. The staff were active and the tables were as clean as last time. Despite the long queue, we didn't have to wait long. The food was well prepared. But the key word here is good. Maybe it's a trifle, but the burger was a little warm. But most likely, this is due to the fact that there was an impressive queue. In general, everything was excellent. I recently visited this cafe again. Given past experience, I was struck by the changes. A new door has been installed at the entrance. The tables were clean, just like last time. The staff were active and cheerful. Everything that was on the menu was available. Despite the long queue, we received our order very quickly. The food was warm and well cooked. It is very nice that the management pays attention to criticism and corrects the shortcomings. This cafe can now fully be called Hesburger. I recommend to visit. photo 1. and 2. The workers are inactive. We were waiting for the order for about 15 minutes, despite the fact that there were about five people on the shift. Сегодня я вновь посетил это кафе. Персонал был активным, а столики чистыми, как и в прошлый раз. Несмотря на большую очередь нам не пришлось ждать долго. Еда была хорошо приготовлена. Но ключевое слово здесь, хорошо. Возможно, это мелочи, но бургер был чуть теплый. Но скорее всего, это из за того, что была внушительная очередь. В целом все было отлично. В ближайшее время я вновь посетил это кафе. Учитывая прошлый опыт, меня поразили изменения. На входе поставили новую дверь. Столики были чистыми, также, как и в прошлый раз. Персонал был активным и жизнерадостным. В наличие было всё, что было в меню. Несмотря на внушительную очередь, мы получили заказ очень быстро. Еда была теплая и отлично приготовленная. Очень приятно, что руководство обращает внимание на критику и исправляет недочёты. Это кафе теперь может полноценно называться Хесбургером. Рекомендую к посещению. фото 1. и 2.
