"This place is in a gorgeous setting and has the nicest employees. There were basically a million people there and we were sat almost immediately. The sandwiches are divine, the sweet potato fries are crispy and just as good. My girlfriend was in love with this place also. They did a fantastic job and I recommend this restaurant to anyone. "Stumbled in to this restaurant on the recommendation of our VRBO host. We were greeted by the owner and immediately felt genuinely welcome. She explained the menu and guided us with recommendations. Everything was superb! The j chicken was moist and oh so favorable! The carrot cake was next level! Thank you for a great meal! We will definitely return!"

"Was looking for a place in Waco for some lunch and happened to run across Kim's Diner. I had never been there before but decided to give it a try. The place was very clean, food was good and tasty, the servers and service was excellent. Prices were very affordable, I definitely plan on a return trip next time I'm in Waco.Food: 5/5"

"Has to be the best breakfast tacos I have ever had to date. The place is small and is a little hole in the wall but the tortillas were fresh homemade and soft. The beans were smooth and creamy the eggs and cheese also. It was wonderful"

Good portions and healthier options like fruit side and egg whites. 2. Eggs Benedict was done well. 3. Waffle was light and fluffy but kept its structure structure even with the syrup and butter. Weakest item was the ranch style breakfast potatoes."

"The service is GREAT! The server we had was super helpful and an awesome dude over all. It’s really clean in there as well and they have a large menu of items to choose from. The downfall is that the food isn’t to great compared to other Italian spots I’ve been to. This isn’t one of the restaurants I’d recommend to be honest."

"My man and I went and had tortilla soup there and a frozen margarita. the type we had when our waiter looked after us. the waiter we had was a big guy with gray or white hair. he's the best, he deserves a raise. I'm going back. casa de castillo gets more than 5 stars from me. keep them the great work casa de castillo."
