"The food was absolutely delicious. Spices were very flavorful and just enough heat in the food. I loved the Scotch bonnet hot sauce for some extra kick. The sorrel ginger drink was herbal, sweet with a fresh ginger finish. So glad that we saw this place and stopped."

"We just experienced Papa Jacks for the first time, and it was exceptional food! The smoked Cabbage is delicious and super tender, the pinto beans are seasoned well and the best beans I’ve ever had. The smoked Mac&Cheese was cheesy and incredibly seasoned, the sausage link (not pictured) was juicy and plump, the lean brisket was tender moist and all around delicious. But for me the star of the show was the ribs. The ribs were excellent they had a delicious bark on them, and the bone was clean because the meat just fell right off! The service was fast, and everyone was incredibly friendly, even though they were extremely busy! Hands down a place you have to try in Waco! Best BBQ Waco has to offer! Ps. The prices are fantastic!"

"The food was delicious. Those used to dining in three star Michelin restaurants may not be impressed, but it 's several large steps above other local Italian restaurants.Service was attentive, perhaps a bit too much for some diners. In a world where quality help is almost impossible to find, our server did a fine job.The atmosphere was likewise great. There can be a noisy chatter to the experience, but it 's not the owner/Manager 's fault that people 's parents didn 't teach them to use their indoor voices when around others.Final verdict: 4.5 Stars. Don 't let my mild criticisms deter you from going, especially if you 've only had Italian in Waco at the breadstick place or the one with the nightmare for a parking lot. Experienced locals know where I 'm talking about."

"I'll get the Nugget menu. I love the waffleries and nuggets with their Bbq sauce and honey mustard, which is in the packages... the nuggets on point... they have actually spiced their nuggets. I can eat a 10 pieces at McDonald's and get full, but because of the size of the nuggets at chic I don't get any extra waffleries to keep me for a 12-16 hours shift. But until in taste it is very good. The service is pretty fast."

"The burgers was so doggone good. The beers were nice and cold. The burgers with a side were about $14 but I would gladly pay it again. Beers were about $3.50. We both had the mushroom Swiss burger with grilled onions. She had the waffle fries and Ihad onion rings. Thinking about it is making me hungry again. This place is also near an area where you can walk around andshop."

"Great place to eat! Order the gnocchi off the appetizer menu! But honestly, go for the desserts! The crème brûlée is the best I’ve ever had and I have lived in France extensively. If I’m wrong, comment and I’ll go to 4 stars….but I am not. The pastry chef is phenomenal! Enjoy!"
