What User likes about Rufi's Cocina:
Breakfast. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Two breakfast tacos and coffee were ordered. The tortillas slept homemade. A taco was chorizo, potato and cheese. I enjoy eating with the green salsa. The other taco was ground beef, potatoes and pico de gallo. This taco was also very delicious. The coffee was okay. The restaurant was very clean. Very limited parking. I'll be back through Waco. View all feedback.

It's decent taqueria-style food. Nothing amazing but not bad by any means. The salsa is cold, which IMO doesn't bring out all of the potential flavors, but decent. View all feedback.
