Stopped in for some butter mamon (buttery sponge cake). I wanted my friends to try them as they love pound cake and never had this before. They have a variety of mamon cakes that are ready to for purchase. They also have different cakes and pastries available. Spent $40 plus on the 4 Variety cakes -4 different slices on one cake round. It looked so delicious and pretty. But, it was so dry, not the same taste as a few months ago. There was not enough mango in the mango cream cake slice, the Uber slice was too sweet and not enough ube flavor, and both chocolate slice cakes were overly sweet not tasting like Black Forest cake or tiramisu.
