The Seerestaurant am Zugersee Lido is on the lake of Zug in Walchwil, about 10km south of Zug. The #5 bus passes it or you can park your car outside. Actually it sits on the small boat harbour of Walchwil, the Lido (swimming bath) is another 500m south. I ate with friends there and we enjoyed the local fresh seafood.
