China Express - Waldorf

What citrus hall likes about China Express:
Service is good with respect to timing, frienliness, and value I haven't tasted the entire menu, but, when I go here for company, they've all enjoyed their food. Last, the atmosphere is ok, but with the backdrop of the pandemic, I don?t care to eat there. In other words, it's good enough place and order and go or pickup. What citrus hall doesn't like about China Express:
I ordered shrimp egg foo young, no rice w/ sauce on the side. I've ordered this particular meal several times (over the last couple of years), the same way. Never had one problem. They hired a new young man (lack- luster attitude). Opened my food to eat, gravy all over my patties. I called tried to explained to the young man (who didn't seem to understand what I was saying).
