First time trying a this place and was disappointed. They said I ordered my sandwich plain, so I only got meat and dry bread. I was looking forward to the lettuce, tomato, onion and vinaigrette. When I called to advise them of this, they told me I ordered it wrong and it was my fault. My receipt did not say plain, it did mention regular. Every time I come here I'm delighted by how friendly the staff is, particularly the gentleman with tattoos and piercings.
Definitely try a new sub when I come back
