great alternative to kfc, and very different to their daily run the mill east london chicken shop. highly recommended the mexicana burger and jalapeno bombers. they serve crinkled cut fries here that makes for a good change along with crispy chicken wings. View all feedback.
I confess before I discovered tex bites, I drove very fast through leytonstone, with my auto windows up and my doors locked. I still can't think of another reason to eat in leytonstone except at tex bites (only fun. Tex bites was a surprise hit I stumbled after a late night when I suddenly got the munchies when I came by. I don't know them very well, and I've never heard of good restaurants in the opposite. it was therefore a welcome manifestation to discover tex bites and his fried chicken. I have deliberately gone a lot to eat there since! it has become a guilty pleasure of mine, and I am embarrassed that it took me so long to write a review. At tex bites, the fried chicken simply tastes super. it is always crispy on the outside, moist inside, somehow not oily at all and always very tasteful. I'm not really a big fried chicken fan because I don't like how oily and unhealthy it is in the rule, but both the large chicken pieces and the chicken wings at tex bites are a take and one has to try. but there are a few caves! are they ready to eat for them sometimes for a long time. most foods are cooked to order. Although this leads to a better tasting fast food, it is not exactly, uh, fast. I find in the rule a 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the fried chicken, although the burgers are ready in the rule in 5 minutes. their burgers are generally poor. the mexicana' and the Mini-Fillet' burgers are the better, but are at best average. also the crinkly fries are relatiw tasteless and nothing special, the bbq bohnen are never on stock and they should never try the koleslaw! if the management sort out these problems and provides better quality and drinks, this place would point slightly higher. you should also ignore the grilled peri chicken coming soon' sign it is there for 2 years and is still coming!Anyway, everything is forgiven when they bite in their fried chicken. damn, it is really so good. I have suddenly planned my next tex bites detour!Halalal.
