What Phil J doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
One star I'm afraid ... I generally look at the positives in buisness and service... but popped in for a coffee and sandwich this morning, and the manageress was so rude to her member of staff 3 or 4 occasions almost on the point of bullying ... you will never get the best out of your staff if you even come close to that . Most probably why there is a sign up saying staff wanted . She really needs to either take a go... View all feedback.
