For years we have been regular guests at Compass- the 1 star reviews appear somewhat strange. I guess someone doesn't like the deserved success of the compasses...

"There is excellent food also on Wangerooge! In the StrandLust it was a pleasure to eat. The environment is friendly, the ambience is high quality and we felt very comfortable. As a main dish we had halibutt fillet and zander fillet on pumpkinrisotto with melted tomatoes, rocket and parmesan. Unfortunately, this high quality on Wangerooge is somewhat too rare, despite high prices. Recommendation for a nice evening with very good food. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner"
