"Having eaten at the Flying Apron last summer with a co-worker, I had to spread the joy of this hidden gem! I took my mother on Wednesday evening on our way to Wolfville, and once again it was fantastic. We both had the haddock burgers, and they were absolutely amazing! The fish was so tender and flavourful, and came with a side of seasoned fries and HOMEMADE ketchup. The Flying Apron is a beautiful restaurant, as well as an inn - BUT, they also offer amazing cooking classes every so often, have a small art gallery on site, and a library/cozy seating area for relaxing! Hope to be back again soon, can't get enough of it! Did I mention the Flying Apron is also the restaurant who offers dining on the ocean floor at Burntcoat Head throughout the summer? Check it out, it's a once in a life-time experience you can only get in Nova Scotia!"

"We were a little apprehensive about this one after reading the reviews but this little hidden Healesville secret is a must!!! The food was just perfect we tried a few cuts of beef as well as the chicken and each piece was cooked to perfection. The little turkish delight donuts are also a must too! I will be back!"
