If I were a 0. New owners advertise on the sign that there is a new menu, there is NOT a new menu (many people came to see it and leave crazy when said there is no new menu). I stopped on Sunday morning/afternoon bartender as she is already drunk and stoned by Pregaming? next door, and every time the owner went away, she did shots with the customers at the bar that made the table service even worse.
