"Got turned and was told an old stain on my sweeter was so bad they couldn’t let me in. Make sure your clothes are brand new never worn before getting in line. It’s a country bar, but apparently country guys can’t go. Drove an hour and a half for this disappointment. Service: 1"

"This place has the best breakfast in Barrie hands down. Breakfast at Midway Diner feels like hanging around with your favorite mates after a night of drinking. The staff is so friendly and up to Earth. The Hollandaise sauce is one of the few real Hollandaise sauces around and I can't get enough of the fried mash. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. They only accept cash. There's an ATM on site."

"I love this place. I fell in love with their garlic and potato sourdough bread but recently they have made some changes that cater more to my diet as a vegan. Very pleased with Homestead and the staff. Always friendly service and very accommodating."
