Mcdonald's - Waterford

I ordered a large takeout meal using a mobile app during the lunchtime rush. Not only did they have all my food ready in just five minutes, but they also helped me carry it to my car! Even though I live much closer to Latham, it's exceptional service like this that brings me back every time!

It was an improvement compared to my last visit to this McDonald's. I didn't have to wait to place my order, and the wait time for my food was only about 5 minutes instead of 45. Great job!

I couldn't find a menu to check the available options, so I had to place my order at the kiosk, but the staff didn’t seem familiar with the menu either. It took two employees to assist me with the kiosk, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it was not a good experience, and yet they expect to be paid more than $15 an hour. Unfortunately, it’s not a place I would recommend. It was the only option nearby, but I won’t be returning. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The customer service was outstanding! The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. The food was fantastic, and the staff did an excellent job serving everyone. They were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning to this McDonald's again, and I would recommend it to my friends and family. It's definitely in my top three McDonald's locations throughout the capital region.
