I have tried Persian food in several states across the US. Today, I tried the worst one by far here! We ordered Chicken Torsh Soltani and Lamb kabob. Kubideh was miles away from the authentic Kubideh. Chicken torsh kabob had pink spots in the middle while the marinate was burnt on the chicken pieces.
