Stayed in Watervale and had dinner at the Watervale Hotel, made a booking as Friday nights are busy with the locals. A very friendly atmosphere with locals milling around, staff very friendly, John gave us info about the wine tasting cellars in the Clare valley. Our food was great, service good, must have the beef fillet, very tasty. View all feedback.
Just off the Riesling trail this quiet home like cellar door excels in making you feel at home.
A very pleasant evening, Four of us dropped in, there was no need to book. Friendly service and a good meal.
