My company has been working with First Choice for years. They've always been communicative and quick to schedule out repairs when necessary. Steve also has worked with us when trying to find an affordable coffee alternatives to work with our budget. They come on a reoccuring schedule consistently. What User doesn't like about First Choice Coffee Services:
Do not contract with this company. They have delivery fees they don't tell you about, they ship their coffee in extremely large quantities and will not take back any unopened boxes. Their service is subpar and are not very willing to help their customers. Water delivery was never on schedule, and communication regarding their services was almost non-existent.
