Great spot in a great village. Wauwatosa is a lovely place to visit and Cafe Hollander is the perfect place to park it for a while and enjoy some food and drink. Visit the farmers market across the street too if you get a chance and it's the right time of year. Nice comfy and friendly atmosphere (we ate inside because it was very hot and humid). What Madyun W doesn't like about Cafe Hollander Tosa Village:
Cafe Hollander offers a delightful European-inspired breakfast experience. However, I feel this location in particular cuts a lot of corners on the quality of their ingredients. They also made my Bloody Mary wrong which is all premixed and very hard to do as a bartender myself lol. Our waiter was amazing we were seated in a beautiful location promptly. This place is casual with good food and good beverages (beers). We went early on a Sunday and it was quiet. Brunch time is when it really filled up.
