"Today I stopped getting some stuffed crazy brot and a pizza on my way home from work. I said it would be 20 minutes before my filled crazy brot was done. I agreed to wait and pay. I try to understand very much that the places are short and that can last longer. I was told that they would bring my food into my car if I were parked by the car ride thru. after 40 minutes waiting time I moved back to drive thru and asked for my food. the girl who worked the runner shouted and said what she needed for my order. the manager said they were out. the dame that the drive thru (which was very nice) told her I already paid. the manager said extremely loud “SUCKS to be HER” the dame that worked the drive thru came back and told me that she pizza, but not my broth poles. I told her I wanted my money back, I heard her “manager” commented and I wanted my money back. She told the manager I heard what she said and I wanted my money back. she came up forever to repay my money. has done this and no one world has said. handy down the most unprofessional “MANAGEMENT” I have everything good! this place will never get another dimming of my gelde!"
