Extremely poor customer service to not tell people they don't take patio reservations when you call and successfully make a reservation and mention...

"I was visiting the area from out of town and happy to find a bakery/coffee shop to take care of some emails for an hour. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I inquired about their best sellers and was directed to the almond and chocolate croissant. I also got their ham and cheese croissant and a chai tea latter. Everything was delicious. The croissants were light and flaky with excellent flavor and not overly sweet. The chai tea was delicious and required no extra flavors. I was able to sit in peace and get my work done. Thank you for a please text experience. I highly recommend this bakery to others!"

"What a fabulous location, staff and food. The location was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed an 11-course tasting menu of perfectly prepared French dishes. It was a very good value for the money also spent. Will definitely be back and highly recommended!"

"This was our first time here. Definitely not the typical Lord Fletchers experience, since this was a special Easter buffet not the usual off the menu. Staff was very welcoming. Molly, our server, was top notch. She asked us if we’d been there. Explained the outdoor ambiance of the Ore House in season. She was very proactive with beverage refills which is always nice. Everything we tried from the buffet was very good."

"Don?t be fooled by the nice presentation? Got here around 8:15pm for a desert crepe. The small space was packed with people which make it hard to order and know where to stand and wait. Our two crêpes took over 20 mins to make? then I finally took myfirst bite and low and behold the inside is ALL whip cream. I guess I should have got the ice cream instead? WAY too much whipcream. A few more bites later, the employee came out and asked us if the whip cream tasted rotten?! I about lost my appetiteafter that.. Also the outdoor seating area reeked of weed which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Maybe we came at the wrongtime. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing. Idk but I?m hesitant to go back.."
