After seeing so many bad reviews, we usually avoid this location and go to the one in Uckfield a couple of miles down the road. Uckfield’s computers weren’t working so we joined the queue here. Queue moved quickly. Our order taken efficiently and clearly. All staff very polite and our meal was served promptly and with no errors. Slow service and poor management as well plus lack of staff because of poor management meaning that the restaurant is poorly run by senior managers leaving staff to do more work than they should!
