Absolutely awful customer service. Waited 30 mins for ice cream while it was dead, employees chatting and talking at front register with what looked like a former employee instead of working, asked multiple times what we were waiting on/what we ordered like they couldn’t see it on the screen. Then proceeded to delete the order without finishing it and then we waited even longer. DONT STOP HERE! View all feedback.

Went here to get some ice cream with the family. Horrible service. First my wife wanted one of the new nutter butter shacks and they said they were out of them....
