It was good. Ice cream was better than your typical tub ice cream. It was a bit expensive considering we had only 2 small cups but the scoops were fair for a small cup. I recommend coming here if you love ice cream and want some different flavors. View all feedback.
Amazing Ice Cream!! Definitely worth coming to check out! Prices are fair and staff is always helpful and very friendly. By far my favourite ice cream shop!
Segregating their flavours between “artisan” and “non-artisan” options the. former costing about 80 cents more per cone), it seems like a shame to try anything but their special flavours. <br/ <br/ After a filling meal, the mini cone $3.30) was the perfect amount of ice cream: a nice full scoop of the Cappuccino Crisp. I liked that they kept the base, a cappuccino ice cream, not overly sweet so the dessert wasn’t overly heavy. Although, a stronger coffee flavour would help as the chocolate fudge swirled throughout over powered the ice cream. I rather enjoyed the pieces of crunchy bits mixed throughout, which added
Just a few metres from Smoke's was Scoops' indigo purple storefront. We marched up the steps and joined the line of eager ice cream-goers.<br/ <br/ Quite the cozy little shop, Scoops featured three different types of lighting fixtures, an extensive selection of Homemade Artisan and Non-Artisan flavours, and enough sugar and waffle cones to satisfy the child in each of us.<br/ <br/ There were three members of staff working the store in the afternoon, each equally overwhelmed with the amount of traffic. However, they managed their operations exceptionally well, providing samples as requested and revealing wide, genuinely enthusiastic smiles to each customer in line.
FOOD:<br/ We had come here for a quick ice cream after having had dinner in the area. I had settled on the Mini Peanut Butter Brownie Artisan Ice Cream, which I had said I wanted in a regular cone. I was actually surprised at how small the ice cream was as it was only one scoop however, it was quite delicious. I did enjoy both the ice cream and the cone as they both tasted fresh and appetizing. I did think that it was a bit too expensive however, I suppose since the ice cream was homemade, that was why it was such a high price.<br/ <br/ ATMOSPHERE:<br/ When we first walked into this place, it wasn’t very crowded however, it was a bit narrow as there was a bench on one side, and the ice cream counters on the other. There wasn’t much room to walk around, and as soon as more people began coming, it got crowded and uncomfortable as people were trying to squeeze by us as we were sitting on the bench. Definitely a bit of a tight squeeze when trying to enjoy our ice cream.<br/ <br/ SERVICE:<br/ The service seemed good once we had ordered and paid for our ice cream. I did like that they provided samples to us if we had requested them, which was a plus as I liked trying the various ice cream flavours that were available.<br/ <br/ COST: <br/ 1 Mini Peanut Butter Brownie (Artisan Ice Cream) In A Cone: $3.30 Each $3.73 (Taxes Included)<br/ <br/ WOULD YOU RETURN? <br/ Yes however, I would have it to go as it was much too uncomfortable sitting there. I did enjoy the large amount of flavours that were available, which made it difficult to choose only one!
