View all feedback.

View all feedback.
We chose a bright, sunny day to eat here at lunchtime. the look is impressive. high above on a hill in the village of ötlingen, it offers a wonderful view. this is worth a trip. I chose a mixed salad as a starter and the booze as a main dish. the salat had very fresh vegetables and some grated and marinated root vegetables. the dressing was creamy and very good. that was a disappointment. the portion size was appropriate, but the meat was very tough and dry. there were very soggy brat potatoes, very good sour wort and two cooked cherry tomatoes. one in our group and the sponge fillet that has passed the pattern, but it came with a blossom of very overcooked brokkoli. another had the mushroom soup, which was good, and the calfs-Wienerschnitzel, which was also found for good. the service was good and attentive, although the restaurant was full. reservation also recommended on weekdays. parking is somewhat restricted. we will definitely come back, but do not expect more than average eating for the
Like all others, we enjoyed the lookout about Germany, ch and france. the portions are plentiful, we had lamb that was tender and tasty, but was buried under a tonne sauce and croquettes. coffee is nothing special. I would go back: for the location and the price-performance ratio: yes; for a gourmet dinner: no
The restaurant offers good food and wine and a magnificent view of three countries. I was with Swiss friends there and the whole experience was very pleasant
As announced in previous reviews here at tripadvisor, this is fantastic. I stopped here for a coffee and a cold snack (swiss cheese and brot). the food was fresh and was served quickly. the service leaves much to be desired. the staff let me stand at the entrance shortly and repulsively until I asked proaktiw where I could sit. all the windows were reserved, clearly not because the expected guests were there, but because they had prepared them for dinner and had no motivation to let the guests sit there only for coffee and cake / snack. the fully closed terrace allows smoking! I refused to sit there, obviously to appease the waitress. minutes later "they closed it because it is too cold". all in all they seemed to have tried to reject as many guests as possible, and were successful in some points. they come here for the sake of understanding and eating, not for the atmosphere
I like to go here with my three children and my parents. the intention is undisputed, from basel to the Alsace to the jura. eating is from good quality according to German art. they provide the children sign material and the service is very friendly. enjoy it
