"We were trying to get into the cafe opposite as it had tables in the sun, and it wasn’t immediately obvious where the entrance to the Almshouse is (10 yards down street). The outside seating doesn’t look as appealing as it’s neighbor but once inside it’s a different story. A really nice menu with an excellent selection of cakes and sandwiches and great coffee, served by friendly staff. The Almshouse itself is really pretty inside, with a bookshop, and spiral staircase taking you to more seating. Next time we’re in Axbridge we’ll be heading straight there!"

"We’ve been to a couple of Yeo Supper Clubs recently and they’ve gone down really well with our guests. Not only has the food been top-notch and plentiful, the service is always second to none (very friendly but professional too). Can’t wait for our next visit."

"Just bought some of your delicious bread OMG it tastes as amazing as it looks and sounds! Still slightly warm, with a crunchy crust and light and soft inside. I chose the wholemeal with cumin, coriander, fennel and other yummy things I am just sitting here back at home eating a slice on its own! Well done I will be back for more soon! :"

"There was 8 family members with ages from 24 79, plus one dog. We had Sunday lunch. 2 x pork, 2 x beef, 3 x chicken and one nut roast. For desserts we had 3 x cheesecake, 2 x chocolate tarts and one sticky toffee pudding. We preordered our food and the communication was very good. All the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent, all the meals and desserts. An A* from everyone."
