Arrived 4.30 on 3rd January. Café open until 6.30. Visit spoiled by cashier who was rude and abrupt. What has happened to John Lewis's excellent staff selection and training process that this person slipped through the net? In addition, the cake selection was practically non-existent for somewhere with two hours still to run. Should have gone to Bebo. Will next time. View all feedback.
