I like this food. Good tamales but you need to seriously block out time to go there. EVERY TIME we go there it takes so long to get your order. Today we waited 35 minutes before I asked what the status was and they said they had no idea what time they would be done. And that there were other people in front of us... But... The food is truly delicious and authentically prepared. The tortillas are made fresh to order, and every dish is delectable! It's a bit hidden on the avenue, but definitely worth seeking out!
It was between Doña Juanas and this other Mexican restaurant, we decided on Doñas because we know we will be getting FRESH food. The service is great and the food is so delicious! They pay attention to your needs and make sure everything's perfect. Drinks are really good too!! One of my favorite places to eat for sure.
The best tamales of all time! 3 will fill you. beautiful people and atmosphere.
