What C F doesn't like about Hoshiya Korean Japanese:
First of all, the sushi's overall quality is satisfactory, although as an Asian I can tell that the chef used the remaining portion of tuna to create nigiri, despite it being fresh. Secondly, two pieces of sashimi were unexpectedly chewy, which is not expected from a restaurant of this caliber.
