"Worst jibarito ever! Never again.The steak was thick and unseasoned. The plantain had no taste. There was no sauce on the sandwich.It was so dry that I had to put A1 on it. I was so excited that I bought 2 with fries. I got $37 worth of trash!!The lady was nice. The food was nasty."

"If I could give this location a zero on service I would. Absolutely horrid customer service. Every time I go in there the employees have the worst attitudes. At best they will do the bare minimum. The Lexington location has never been so rude when I 've asked for them to put chopped pickles on my sub. And why are they always on their phones??? If you have to keep saying huh to the customer then perhaps take your air pods out! Service: Take out"

"The drive-thru/mobile-thru situation here is a disaster. There have been several times I ordered breakfast on the app and waited in the line around the building for more than 30 minutes, only for it to be too late by the time I finally get to the window and employees tell me it’s too bad, even though I was there waiting long before it closed. There have been several times I needed customer service and it’s never been good. I usually love chick-fil-as, but this one has been routinely disappointing."

"I’m originally from Hawaii, and I’m always so happy to find good, fresh poke on the Mainland! Unlike other poke places I’ve been to, I liked that they toss the protein in the sauce w/your selected veggies instead of just drizzling sauce on the top at the end. It’s more like the traditional marinated poke this way. Other reviews have said it’s expensive here, but when you consider the cost of quality seafood and the portion size they give you, it’s not really! I also loved the individual servings of mochi ice cream (perfect for a not too unhealthy dessert). Great customer service, and I’ll definitely be back!"

"I loved this place and I didn't even try to eat it. huge space, wished it had more televisions. they have every opportunity to be more efficient and maximize their properties. they have much wasted space. from the beaten away, but worth it for a drink. I'll inform them about eating. everyone was really nice, but as my purchase rose, so did their kindness. I like their virtuality....until my credit card is hacked. I'm back....soon"
