this is not a vegetarian or vegan restaurant. but as we have learned, in an area where it would be difficult for a vegan to find a meal, the people at paul 's were just too happy to send us to home. our waitress often went to the kitchen to help us find a vegan app, a vegan salad dressing, a pasta nudel w/o ei and a vegan pasta sauce.
