We live locally in Tavistock and thought we'd check out cafe Scrumptious as we drive by regularly. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent ploughman's lunch I had and my son's chicken burger was reported to be very good. Arrived pre booked for a birthday lunch on bank holiday to find the door closed but managed to get someone's attention we gather there was a family problem and did receive an apology that our booking had not been recorded.
