we were in okehampton today, with 2 dogs, so we called the tor inn, and they said we could have a meal at 12.30 a.m., and yes I must admit that we were very impressed by the service and the staff, all social distancing germ was to eat was very excellent and we had a very good day afterwards so everything in everything View all feedback.
What Cat doesn't like about The Tors Inn:
We did a lovely hike and then decided to pop into the pub at the end and the pub staff were almost hostile. We felt very unwanted and it was very clear that we were unwanted in the pub. We asked if we could stand at the bar as understandably they were fully booked for tables and the bar tender acted like she really didn’t want our presence. Tonight had a nice fish and chip dinner in the pub, nice open fire and nice warm welcome from the personal
The Tors felt like the perfect mix of a village pub and a dinner destination. The staff were great, the beer fantastic and the food just what we needed. We know that we were lucky to get a walk-in table on a busy Saturday night.
Really nice food and friendly staff. We will be going back to visit.
Cosy pub with delicious food and beer. Just what was needed after a 25 mile walk on Dartmoor! We were lucky to find a table as we hadn’t booked. Nice atmosphere
