8 months after booking a room for my God daughters wedding only to find on arrival they have no booking. They had the confirmation from booking.com but for some reason they hadn't put us in their antiquated booking diary which consists of a pencil. The owner said at first she couldn't help. if you look on trip advisor this isn't the first time this has happened. utter shambles. read more.
