"What a gem that is! We were there for a cheese night, but their standard menu comes very recommended, and we will certainly try again. Decor is sweet and seating are comfortable, tables are not like other smaller restaurants cramped! Just next to Hillfoot train station a Jaunt on the train from Glasgow worth an evening!"

"Baffo is one of my favorite pizza places out there. So better than overly rated Paesano pizza. The atmosphere is warm and nice with lovely staff. I go there regularly and had the chance to try different pizzas. My favorites are white base Bianca and Margherita out of vegetarian pizzas. Prices aren't expensive at all and the food is delicious! It is traditional Italian pizza and it has very thin dough with thick crust. Definitely recommend to taste one of their many pizzas!"

"I am disabled which means I am almost completely blind and I also have some walking issues. However I am very independent and like to do things for myself. On the evening my husband and I visited the restaurant I went to the toilet by myself without any problem when I returned to the table one of the waiters came to our table and whispered in my ear as my husband was ordering some drinks “you madam may have one glass of wine with your dinner and no more, I’ve been watching you” we left straight away and I’m outraged and disgusted by this behaviour. Won’t ever return to this place. Very rud3 and ignorant"

"First time visit and certainly won 't be the last. The expression A hidden gem springs to mind and is very appropriate. Owner/chef/owner David certainly knows his onions as they and is backed up by marvellous staff . This is NOT an Italian restaurant but one which serves up the usual favourites plus a well balanced menu to suit everyone and is of the highest quality. Go on give it a try you won 't regret it , my wife and I will definitely be back soon Wullie Weir"

"Came here prior to a family funeral so a bit of a family gathering. We all had something different with a very comprehensive explanation of the dishes on the specials board. It's clear that everything is cooked fresh to order and it shows through very well in the quality of the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and can't fault the restaurant for atmosphere and friendly service. We noticed that even though it was mid-week, there were several full tables, testament to the popularity of this place. Next time we are in Helensburgh, we will make sure we come back."
