This place offers a full Indian menu (as well as British food !and was recommended by friends who had been . Have to say the food was wonderful and very reasonably priced .Their chicken tikka sizzler was fabulous Drinks very reasonable too . Not often you discover a hidden gem like this read more.

I was totally dissapointed with my recent visit to the Ettrick yesterday. My husband and I were out for food with friends in the afternoon where 3 of us ordered steak pie and the other ordered from the Indian menu. The Indian food looked delicious and a decent size portion although the steak pie had very little meat in it, maybe 7 or 8 small pieces with a watery gravy.
