When we go here, we always find seats fast. Bartenders are always very nice and MOST the servers are also. Had super tasty Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups that they unfortunately from the menu. My mouth is still watering over it. Eating is quite good, the brown Gravy could use a little more taste or salt, but unlike that its a beautiful place to go. read more.

What Momentary Bliss (Bliss) doesn't like about Hooligans:
Ordered Korean BBQ wings and Wrapped Pickle spears- the wings are amazing. Thick with meat, decent tasting sauce, carrots celery= win.... however, the $13 pickle spear appetizer I was highly disappointed in and NOT WORTH $13. I didn't even get 1 full pickle (it's cut in quarters). I got 3 quaters- the pickle was dinky small and the appetizer itself was practically bite size with only 6 little pieces...
