It was really nice to see a young man training and the management taking a very genuine interest in his success. Both had smiling faces, working as a team together to teach and learn. What Donna doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This place has to be one of the most filthiest places we have ever eaten at. Floors, tables, doors were deplorable. If we didn't have a gift card to use, we would have walked out. We will never eat there again. View all feedback.
6 people were standing in line for online orders that were placed for 1140. I placed my order at 1120 and waited inside of the store for 20 minutes to get my food. I watched the line that wrapped around the store go through its whole cycle. The place is starting to fail. The 3 other ladies that were working with the one that was making online orders just watched her have multiple people waiting and didn’t help. This is pathetic.
First time here in a long time. Same issues as always. Either understaffed or they just don’t care. Stood at the register waiting to be rung up for over 5 minutes while the register person was running around doing a hundred other things. Only one person in the front right now with a line almost to the door.
Food and service is great here give you more then enough...foods fresh
Horrible wait but nice people. The place was really dirty. The food was favor less. Most items were out of stock. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. NO lemonades or ice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to Turkey Creek location.
Consistently not only the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, but one of the worst restaurants in Knoxville. Every time we go here, we swear we won’t go back and a couple months later we will give them a shot. And inevitably, they screw it up.Always an issue with this location. Today we went in and they were out of both pico and guacamole at 11:45 AM. Fully understand being out of certain things but they had guacamole on the to go station but would not provide it to customers in the regular line. We asked to speak to a manager just to understand the situation and the rude employee never got one. Every time we go into this location, they are either out of something, forget something in your order, or or just plain incompetent in customer service. Chipotle is a large organization. There’s absolutely zero excuse for not being able to hire someone decent at the wages they offer or put someone in management that at least knows a little bit about what they are doing. If we ran our business this way, we would not have one.
