Demi was so helpful during the planning of our daughters wedding! There were so many choices for our buffet dinner and we had so many compliments on the entire meal. We hired Rothchild to cater do a cocktail hour before our ceremony and dinner for our reception. Unfortunately, they were an hour and 15 minutes late. This was stressful, as they also had all of the linen that we had rented, so the venue wasn't finished being set up.
