Popped into this pub for evening meal while in the area at random. What a fantastic find. Traditional old pub with a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. I ordered a steak pie and my wife had the carbonara. Both plates were full and excellent quality. Proper home cooked food as you’d expect. A good choice of beers and ales available too.
