My daughter and her friend from sweden was impressed by the quality of service .very helpful staff .the only problem I had was not a rental camp on hahn had to get bottled beer .aber different than .brilliant

Overall this trip was really pretty poor. First off the venue wasnt really all that clean. The tables were covered in drink, sticky and tacky;old food and clearly npt covid ready. The menus weren't single use, and caked in drink , sauce and gunk. There was also no single use option. Wit the drinks, we had 2 pints of IPa and you could tell the pipes hadn't been cleaned properly and tasted of stale beer. We ordered a margarita and a gin and tonic. This is a cocktail bar, they had no fresh lime or salt and used lime squash, making the drink sweet. The gin and tonic had no ice and no garnish. With the food. The starters were miniscule, blandsnd lackes seasoning. The haggis frittters were ok and the salt and pepper chicken was finished in 2 forkfuls. The main courses were OK, decent portion sizes and tatses alright. The service wasnt bad, but very slow. Drinks took and age to arrive. Overall not very good, which is a shame as the venue could be really good.

I went to this restaurant last weekend with a reservation. We waited a long time before being seated at our table. We ordered two cocktails, but they were slow to arrive. There was only one young server working the floor and she only stayed on one side. It took an hour and a half to get our second drink. We had visited a few weeks prior and had excellent service from a different waitress. Something seems to be amiss with the service here.
