My boyfriend has a strong gluten intolerance and they were very helpful and kind about going through all the food to make sure nothing would make him sick. Ordered rolls and sashimi. Fish were great, anything with rice was fairly bad because the rice was undercooked. It was like biting to small rocks on every chew.
