"Me and my boyfriend visited Marktküche and believe this was the best (vegan dinner we have ever had. The whole experience was outstanding from beginning to the end. The food was extraordinarily tasty and we experienced surprising tastes and sensations in every course. Our whole experience started with the herb butter, which my boyfriend doubted to be vegan (this is how good it was! . We ordered the 6-course menu and believe this was perfect in terms of quantity and experience. We wouldn't go for less courses because the experience is simply too amazing and each additional dish made us incrementally happy. We also had the wine pairing which was perfectly matched to our dishes. Because we are both vegan, it was especially nice to experience a surprise tasting that usually lives from slow-cooked high-quality meat and fish creations. In my opinion, this was even better than any surprise tasting I had before I turned vegan. On a side note, the restaurant is located at the corner of a street and life was busy around us (bikes, people walking , yet, not loud or annoying to the experience. In fact, we especially loved this location and coziness/ relaxed atmosphere it brought us. Similarly, the whole team was extremely friendly and open for a chat. We really enjoyed this uncomplicated, homely atmosphere of such a fancy place, while still following the restaurant etiquette but adjusting to the guests needs. This is a really unique place. This is for all foodies, regardless of their diet!! We will definitely come back when we visit Zurich the next time."

"I have been made aware of the earth by my nephew. we stayed at the restaurant during the lunchtime.The food was excellent, the suppe was delicious! the adjoining Cordon-bleu gave me the rest! have rarely eaten such a big cordon-bleu! the portions are very generous and are worth every rapping! absolutely recommended and definitely look again soon!"

"You are my favorite restaurant in Baden and one that I always enjoy going to! Why is that so? You have the greatest employees anyone could ask for. I always feel like they all love their jobs. They are experienced and can assess how to treat each guest. For some they are collegial, for others they are more formal just as the guest wishes. This is worth its weight in gold take care of these employees! The food is also really good and recommended! The only negative point is the rather small menu since the change of chef, which has never been changed. If you eat there often like I do, it quickly becomes boring. But otherwise: I love you!!!"

"We were there with another couple to dinner. the starter and the main course were delicious. the Pistace ice cream tasted terrible, like chewing gum. for rice, noodles, chips or vegetables they pay extra fr we did not find very customer-friendly. Also...for a portion cream to go with a pot of ice cream they charge fr extra, which is also above the top. the service was friendly. Unfortunately, we will not return because it definitiw too expensive for what they offer."
