Had a takeaway for the 1st time from here Saturday night. All the food was really delicious, hot, big portions loads of prawn crackers. I love crispy chilli beef not many takeaways get this ‘crispy’ it’s normally soggy, theirs was perfect really flavoursome. I would highly recommend, we will be back for sure read more.

What ColinS2260 doesn't like about Golden Island Chinese Takeaway:
Ordered Barbecued spare ribs and chips to be collected felt a bit dubious when I was told 10 minutes, sure enough the ribs were tasteless tough and stringy as they had probably been cooked the day before, the barbecue sauce was like coloured water and the chips were not freshly cooked either. All in all another Portland food outlet that will not receive my custom again. When will they learn ? read more.
