What ColinS2260 doesn't like about Golden Island Chinese Takeaway:
I ordered barbecued spare ribs and chips for takeaway and was skeptical when told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the ribs were bland, tough, and chewy, likely reheated from the day before. The barbecue sauce was watery and the chips were not freshly fried. Had a takeaway for the 1st time from here Saturday night. All the food was really delicious, hot, big portions loads of prawn crackers. I love crispy chilli beef not many takeaways get this ‘crispy’ it’s normally soggy, theirs was perfect really flavoursome. I would highly recommend, we will be back for sure View all feedback.
